We recently installed Quividi’s excellent audience measurement system on one of the main video-walls in the Volanti Silicon Valley showroom. The system not only collates data on the demographics of people who watch the video on the display and how long they watch it for but it can also trigger relevant content.
Video-walls are high impact and audience measurement would seem to be a highly complementary technology, particularly for mobile video-walls used at events. Exhibitors at a trade show can get a much better idea of the numbers of people who saw their promotional material.
Similarly at events using social media, for example with a feed using Tint, this would be a great way to collect viewership data.
